3 year old speak
J can have the funniest word usage sometimes. Take this evening. B was in the driveway after arriving home from work. J ran out to greet him in only his pajamas and was barefoot. B said to J, “Aren’t your feet cold?” J replied, “Yeah, but I have my rubber gloves on!” (which he indeed did have on - on his hands!)

After coming home from preschool today, J wanted a snack. I gave him a spoonful of peanut butter to tie him over until dinner. J stood at the table in the kitchen to eat it and requested a “plate to land my spoon on.”

J, C and I were in Hobby Lobby and J told me he wanted to go down the toy “island” (aisle).

I was coloring a craft for preschool choir. J asked me if I was staying in the “lions” (lines)
I’m gonna miss this age!
