It’s Back

Well, not the same one, but we have an armadillo attacking our flowerbeds again. If you have never had one in your yard, they can cause substantial damage. They dig deep for insects, mostly around the roots of plants. Plant survival rate is low, as shrubs have little natural defense against mauling invaders.
Time to start watching the flowerbeds at night again. Sigh.
