Woot Woot!! We have another addition to the family on the way, due April 15th 2004. The doctors tell us that it will be a boy, so this will be our second son. We have selected the name J C Burns. J was what D would have been named had she been a boy, and C is her maiden name. C was named after my side of the family, and J gets the honor of D’s side of the family.
We want to thank everyone that has prayed for us and J through this pregnancy. There have been some really tough times and scary moments, but God’s hand has been on us and J. D is going to the doctor twice a week now and the Doc’s say that J is doing wonderful. Something like 5 pounds+. When you consider that C was born at 3lbs 2.5oz, this is a miracle in itself. God is good to us. Better that we deserve.
We have been reading C books on brothers, baby’s and siblings. He likes to point out every baby in all of his books (along with the lightswitches andall of the balls, of course). One of his favorite words right now - phonetically - is baaaaayubeeeeee!. How cool is that?
